This project has applied for part green building certification where out of the three residential blocks, only the Jade block will be SVA GRIHA certified. Mount Royale - Jade Block is located at GV Residency in Coimbatore. Embracing principles of sustainability from the project’s inception, the jade block at Mount Royale is expected to gain SVA GRIHA 5 star rating.
